Easter Outreach Programme 2010

For this coming Easter season, we offer you an opportunity during the CNY celebration to pray and invite your pre-believing relatives and friends to our Easter Banquet. There are some observations made of today’s Christians:
1. We meet our relatives and friends only once a year especially CNY celebration.
2. We are physically and emotionally tired coping with our daily routine, leaving little time for outreach work.
3. We spend little time in praying for our pre-believing relatives and friends.
4. We do not intentionally reach out with our gospel.
5. We don’t have any idea in using different methods in evangelistic outreach.
With the above observation in mind, we had planned a unique way of letting you invite your pre-believing relatives and friends to a non-threatening environment where the gospel will be presented.
For the special Easter evening, we have planned a simple dinner at Qian Xi Restaurant. Besides dinner, there will be specially invited guests - Kelvin Soh & Suzann Sing , cute little sisters Phoebe and Chloe, and our very own Magdalene Ong, sharing Easter’s joy with us in songs. Have you heard of an ex-gambler’s testimony how she accepted Christ in moments of despair? On top of this, Rev Teo Kiak Hock will share the theme message: “Be Joyful!” in Mandarin, with Mr Siew Yee Kit as English interpreter.
Take a flyer and start praying for someone to bring to the banquet. Other Banquet details: Cost per person is $35. Rule of ticketing: one TA member brings one pre-believer. Registration starts in early March on a first come first serve basis. You can support us by being a sponsor of a table, a host of an invited guest(s) , and a prayer partner for EOP.
